I’ve created copywriting and branding campaigns for a leading Champagne brand, a nutrition and wellness coach, a thriving events firm, and many more entrepreneurs and companies, with a focus on authentic, captivating content grounded in smart, selective strategy. My primary realms of expertise are food, farming, wellness, and ethical, mission-based consumer goods. Please feel free to reach out for specific samples, but here are a few examples…
In 2019, I developed the storytelling strategy for the launch of Hot Bread Kitchen’s Moroccan m’smen, which included developing all web copy, conceptualizing a social campaign and correlating influencer strategy, crafting a series of social posts and email announcements, and more. I also devised Hot Bread Kitchen’s #DreamJobSecurity campaign and end-of-year fundraising appeal, including mailed letters, emails, postcards, and social posts.
In summer 2017, I kickstarted communications strategy (including social media initiatives and other copywriting) for the launch of Masienda Bodega, a three-ingredient, non-GMO, nixtamalized corn tortilla brand. I also worked with its parent company, Masienda, the critically-acclaimed sourcer and purveyor of heirloom Mexican corn for top restaurants around the globe. Here’s one of my favorite concepts.
At Pink Olive, I wrote, designed, and published a weekly blog series called “Happy Tuesday,” which featured creative lifestyle inspiration to build a voice for the brand. Here’s a sample post highlighting East Village girlbosses and small business owners, and here’s another (including a graphic I created in Photoshop).
As an account coordinator at a public relations firm called The Bromley Group (TBG), I launched a blog called TBG Tidbits to highlight the company’s clients and establish industry credibility. I wrote and designed three to seven posts each week, such as this piece on the history of the classic Clarks Desert Boot. I also crafted an accompanying monthly newsletter.
